Fantastic turn-out for Cornwall Consultants’ mining conference at Heartlands.
The event, which formed part of Cornwall Consultants’ 25 year anniversary saw over 120 local property professionals receive expert presentations on mining subsidence; contaminated land and mundic concrete.
A range of surveyors, architects, conveyancers, estate agents, mortgage advisors and planners gathered to learn about the impact the past mining industry has on today’s housing and development from several local experts.

Attendees were given expert guidance on best practice in assessing and tackling properties affected by subsidence, contamination or mundic issues and demonstrations were made on a range of innovations to the industry.
The morning was rounded off with a networking buffet lunch and tours of the Engine House at Heartlands.
